NOI BAI AIRPORT – T2

Once completed, this will be a 4F airport, the highest classification according to International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards, and it will rank 9th among the world’s top 10 largest airports. Designed by Foster+Partners, the structure draws inspiration from Cambodia’s historical and architectural heritage while adhering to sustainable development standards.

The terminal has one basement level and four above-ground floors, with a total investment of nearly 11,000 billion VND funded by the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV). Once completed and operational, it will be the country’s largest domestic passenger terminal, serving 20 million passengers, increasing Tan Son Nhat Airport’s overall annual capacity to 50 million...

The structure, designed by Fenwick Iribarren, is modular and constructed from 974 containers, making it fully demountable and reusable. It also integrates systems for energy and water optimization. As a result, the stadium has been awarded the Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS) 5-star certification for both design and construction.

PH Eco Mall is being built on a 6-hectare site as part of the Grand Star Platinum project, an investment by Borey Peng Huoth Group with a total cost of $200 million. The design aims to balance environmental friendliness with a shopping experience inspired by traditional Khmer architecture.
